General Information and Pricing for
Commissioned Oil Portraits
A 50% non refundable deposit
is required on a commissioned piece before the painting is started. The
remaining balance is due upon acceptance. Shipping will follow.
Method of Payment.
I accept personal checks, money
orders, or cashier checks. They should be made payable to Terry Duke.
Photographs used as reference material for your
pet portrait will be returned to you along with the completed painting. I
will send you digital photos of the portrait as I am working on it if you wish,
and a final one when finished for your approval
Completion date depends on the number of portraits I
am currently working on. I am only able to accept a limited # of
commissions each year. Because each oil painting is an original, a waiting
period should be expected.
Pricing is based on a single pet with a
simple background. It does not include framing, taxes, or shipping and
handling. For more complex backgrounds there may be an additional charge.
More than one subject may be included on larger canvases at a 50% additional
cost . Sizes and prices are as follows:
